Alteration Reimbursement Policy

We understand how difficult it can be to shop online and find clothes that fit just right. Sometimes dresses are too long or too big around the waist - we get it. That's why we're offering alteration reimbursements. 

How It Works

  • We offer reimbursements of up to $40 AUD per item to cover professional alteration & tailoring costs.
  • You keep the item—no returns required. 

Eligibility

  • Applies to clothing items only (excluding accessories, footwear, or final sale items).
  • Alterations must be completed by a professional tailor or seamstress.
  • Requests must be submitted within 21 days of receiving your order.

What You’ll Need

To request a reimbursement, please email us at shop@amndo.com with the below.

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the altered item
  • A copy of the tailoring receipt showing the date and cost

Refund Process

  • Once approved, your reimbursement will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Important

Because the item has been altered, it is no longer eligible for exchange or refund. We encourage you to reach out before tailoring if you have any questions about fit or sizing.
