Worldwide shipping is available. 

Which courier do you use to deliver orders?

Australia Post however on occasion, your order may be delivered by Sendle. 

7 Day Return Policy

AMNDO offers a 7-day hassle-free return policy. Email shop@amndo.com with your order number, your return request (refund or exchange) & a brief explanation of why you wish to return your order.

Please wait for an email advising next steps. 

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds

If you wish to have your order refunded, please return your order within 7 days of delivery. The garment is to be returned in the condition it was delivered in. If the goods have been worn, washed, stained, or have had their tags removed, AMNDO has the right to reject your return request and you will be charged a re-delivery fee. 

You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days.

If you have not been refunded within 10 business days, please email shop@amndo.com. 

AMNDO is not responsible if the freight gets damaged or lost in transit back to us. We recommend you return your order with tracking.

Exchanges

AMNDO offers a 7-day exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, send shop@amndo.com an email requesting an exchange and a description of what product you would like to exchange it for. You are only able to exchange it for a product in stock. You will receive an email within 24 hours on how to proceed. 

The garment is to be returned in the condition it came in. If the goods have been worn, washed, stained, or have had their tags removed, AMNDO has the right to reject your return request & you will be charged a re-delivery fee. 

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page link above or email shop@amndo.com. Emails are responded to within 24 hours.

What methods of payment do you accept?

AMNDO accepts an extensive range of payment methods. If there is an issue with payment at checkout, email shop@amndo.com for assistance. 

What if I am not home?

Once your order has been delivered, AMNDO is not responsible for any packages that are stolen as a result of being left unattended at the customers' delivery address. 

How long until my order ships and gets delivered?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Please refer to your tracking number for an estimated delivery date.
